Singapore – It was the evening of 18TH May 2016, Misura Emme officially launched a special opening for the completely renewed mono-brand store showcasing their latest collections from Milan. Marquis QSquare held an elegant and understated affair at its premises on 16 TaiSeng St.
The Owner of Misura Emme, Mr Giava Borgonovo, and Creative Director of Misura Emme, Mr Mauro Lipparini, graced the event. Ms Sharon Wu, the Director of Marquis HQO, welcomed guests with a short speech and highlighted Misura Emme’s brand identity, “Since 2009, it’s been a wonderful journey to be working closely with Misura Emme. This collection is extensive, offering a complete home collection and concept, catered to those who are in a relentless pursuit of both luxury and minimalism.”, she said.
The newly renovated showroom evokes a unique interpretation of modern living, characterized by definite contemporary designs from Misura Emme’s 2016 collection featuring clean lines, comfortable designs and functional designs from the living space, bedroom to the dining area. With its undeniably unique dark and grey tones, the showroom exudes a soothing and balanced atmosphere, creating an ultimate contemporary living space that can serve a multitude of functions, be it a formal sitting area, a space for reading and relaxation or for entertaining guests.
As guests mingled amidst the new collection, smartly-decked butlers weaved through the crowd serving canapés and wine. There were also two live stations outside, where the chefs prepared more hearty food while guests enjoyed their food in an al fresco setting, adding a lively and enjoyable dimension to the event. A 3-piece jazz band provided a live music backdrop to the evening’s activities as conversations went on through the night. It was a relaxed yet refined launch, a reflection of the trademarks of Misura Emme.
